Solidarity With The Revolutionary Students Tried To Dismay Through Penalty Fine!
Our comrades faced with firstly the verbal harassment and then physical assault of a sergeant and his family who bristled with anger because of the revolutionary excitement and enthusiasm of the youth while having a picnic before May Day 2013 in Amasya Suluova. After the end of the tension our comrades were taken into custody by gendarmerie while going back to the town from the picnic place. During the custody, they tried to terrorize our comrades through the gathering of fascists in front of gendarmerie station and their convoys in the town. The source of all these attacks, the sergeant applied the court for prosecution and blamed our comrades for beating him and his family with the help of the fake perjurers. In the previous months, this case ended with penalty fine for our comrades and except one of them all these penalties were delayed. One comrade who was fined before, was in this case punished with the penalty fine of 4500 TL (1500 USD) which would convert to imprisonment if it was not paid.
